My Interview with CTC

I had the honor and privilege of being interviewed on the Communities that Care Podcast last week here in Park City. You can read more about the work behind the CTC by clicking here: https://ctcsummitcounty.org/.

After the interview, I found myself vividly reminded of the importance of pushing outside our comfort zones. From learning to advocate for our own needs to having the hard conversations and trying new things - it's impossible to grow, learn and evolve if we aren't working beyond what's comfortable.

There's a special boost of energy that comes from the newness, trusting yourself and feeling empowered when you do something different. Stepping outside our comfort zones gives us a JOLT of added enthusiasm and confidence. While it's not easy, it's truly an essential to our growth.

What an honor to join the discussion on mental health and I’m so excited to share the full interview details with you.

You can read the full blog post and transcription HERE.

I’m curious - when it comes to the mental health discussion in your community - what do you think is most important to bring to light? How do you promote connectedness?

Send me an email anytime to continue the discussion. And thanks so much for watching!
