2022 Changes!
As we head into the new year - I wanted to share an update in regards to my weekly wellness newsletters and what to expect from me as a coach moving forward.
For my wellness accountability groups - I will be moving to opening enrollment every quarter. Support will continue ongoing, month to month - but open enrollment to join will be quarterly.
In addition to working on fitness and nutrition - I am starting to build out and offer more wellness/mindset trainings through my brand - The Momlife Mindset come January. All information on how to join and and get involved will be sent out to a NEW email list.
After December 31st - I will NO LONGER be sending emails to my current email list serve.

Email communication that I send will include overall wellness tips/tricks, recipes and menus, new podcast highlights, relevant announcements related to how to join my quarterly accountability groups as well as product launch information and training opportunities I will start offering month to month through The Momlife Mindset.
