Affirmations for Enneagram 2's
Do you know your Enneagram number? It wasn’t until the past few years that I really decided to dive into learning more about the Enneagram and my personality (especially how it’s evolved as a mom).
For those of you that may be new to learning more about the Enneagram - I highly recommend taking the test and then reading this book - The Road Back to You. Both the test and the book together have been super powerful on my wellness journey.
I’m an Enneagram 2 - The Helper. 2 wing 1 to be exact. Learning more about myself in this regard has not only allowed me to step into being a better wife, mom and coach - but it’s also allowed me to identify the best ways to really work with and support other people.
You can scour the internet for hours reading about the Enneagram and how it works. It’s fascinating because each and every one of us is truly unique. While we have similarities, we all have our own way of seeing and interpreting our place in the world. Truthfully, learning about the Enneagram has been most powerful for me when it comes to identifying weaknesses, insecurities and the ways I want to continue to grow as a person.
Enneagram Ashton over on Instagram shares some awesome visuals for each Enneagram type. I also love Mirabelle Creations. I highly recommend checking out both profiles to learn more.

For today - let’s dive into AFFIRMATIONS related to the Enneagram. As a 2w1, I’m someone that needs to feel valued, heard, loved and told that I matter/make a difference in the lives of others. I’m also someone that has to take the time to fill my cup or I can feel completed depleted. If I’m not careful, my exhaustion can turn into stress. And stress leads to actions like trying to take too much control, getting aggressive and over-extending myself/over-helping to the point of overwhelm. Can anyone relate?
One of the things I’ve been working on is tailoring my daily affirmations to speak to these specific needs and areas for growth.
You’ll find that the more you target your affirmations towards specific goals, dreams or areas you want to improve - the more you start to feel the affects of positive self-talk.
If you’re an Enneagram 2 and need more direction on affirmations to start with - here are some ideas and phrases I’ve started to incorporate:
I AM ENOUGH, JUST AS I AM
I AM WORTH THE TIME I NEED TO FILL MY CUP
I AM GROWING AND EVOLVING - THAT’S OK
I’M DOING MY BEST AND THAT’S WHAT MATTERS
I AM STRONG AND CAPABLE OF GREAT THINGS
I AM SMART ENOUGH TO REACH MY GOALS
I AM VALUED BY THE PEOPLE IN MY LIFE THAT MATTER MOST
I AM TALENTED AND HAVE MUCH TO OFFER THE WORLD
I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING ALL AT ONCE
I AM NOT OBLIGATED TO SAY YES ALL THE TIME
Practicing daily positive affirmations is crucial when it comes to mindset work. That’s one of the reasons I created this simple window cling for your windshield, mama. I want you to remember and be affirmed - no matter where you are or what you’re doing - that your effort is more than enough!
As I’ve grown through motherhood, I’ve learned along the way that protecting our peace of mind and working on health from the INSIDE out is truly the most sustainable way to create change and make progress towards our goals.
I’d love to hear from you - do you practice daily affirmations? Send me an email anytime if you have questions or want to chat further about your story and how we can work on ourselves together!
