Mental Health Awareness - 2023

We are less than 10 days away to MAY and Mental Health Awareness Month. As I continue to finalize the details of this year's give back campaign, I wanted to share some of the below statistics with you…

Mental Health IS our health. It's not something that discriminates. Mental Health can and does affect everyone - from mothers to fathers, families and children. To our neighbors next door to our parents and grandparents. This is an incredibly important topic because it touches every aspect of our life.

Sharing our truth. Talking about our stories. And leaning into community and support are 3 of the most important steps we can take to keep shedding light on the importance of inside out wellness.

For this year's give back campaign - all proceeds will be going to Mental Health America. Their focus is “take a look around and look within”. A concept that encourages us to check-in with ourselves and check-in with one another. I'll be sharing much more around this focus throughout the month of May.

Stay tuned for all the official give-back campaign shop products and details next week. I am beyond grateful to support the mission of bringing more awareness to mental health and normalizing the discussion! Can't WAIT to get started!!
