please visit this blog post!

The DEADLINE to Register and JOIN US is Sunday, November 7th.
The Facebook Group and Training will officially start on Monday, October 24th.

Whether you’re a novice runner/walker or you’re an experienced runner - my hope is that the below training plan options will be helpful for you. Please note that in addition to owning my little mindset shop, I’m also a health and wellness coach. I run my wellness business in partnership with the Beachbody platform and have a plethora of training, cross-training and overall health solutions that I’m always happy to share about.

If you’re interested in a specific training plan through my wellness business -
please fill out this form for more information!

NOW - let’s get started!

Below are several training options you can choose from. Whether you want to prep ahead and train to run the 5K or you’re interested in building endurance for the 15K ride - I’ve got you covered…

Please note - You can absolutely follow any program or training plan that works for you. These are simply options and ideas for you if you’re looking for more direction. I will be posting all of these training plans and calendars inside our private Facebook group as well.

Here are some great training plan options:

30 Day Breakaway - this program is an excellent option if you have access to Beachbody On Demand. It’s perfect for all levels, including beginners. Most runs are short (around 20 minutes) and they vary from slow steady runs to interval runs. This program also includes strategic cross-training options and eliminates the guesswork for you. Overall, it’s all about taking it at the pace that works for YOU, which is why it’s an awesome training option. Email me if you’d like more details on this option.

Couch to 5K - another great option if you’re a beginner and/or want to focus on walking for the 5K. The slow, build format is a great way to get your feet wet! The priority is getting at least 3-4 days of running/walking, 1-2 days of cross training and prioritizing REST every week. There’s also more flexibility with this calendar since it’s set-up with a 4-week format, but our training timeline will be 5 weeks. Customize in whatever way works best for you!

Hal Higdon: 5K Novice Calendar - another great option for all level runners. Hal Higdon has a great website filled with training plans and strategies for all distances and abilities. You can check out the website here: https://www.halhigdon.com/

15K Cycling Training Calendar - when it comes to building endurance for cycling, it’s all about dedicating time to building more minutes week after week. Whether you want to ride outside or hop on your indoor bike/hit a cycling class - focus on getting a few rides in each week (building on the amount of time you’re riding) and balancing some cross-training/adequate rest too.

As mentioned in the event details and this blog post, this is all about cultivating community and empowering women to focus on themselves this fall. I KNOW the weather is turning - but that’s the beauty of the virtual option. You can flex around whatever you need in order to participate. Whether that’s utilizing the Beachbody platform (for great in-home options), using a stationary bike or a friends bike at their house, heading to the gym to cycle/walk the treadmill or squeezing in time outside with a friend when you can - there are plenty of great options to choose from!

NOTE: If you are local to Park City, Utah - more definitive details to come soon about our local event!

If you have any questions along the way when it comes to training, our facebook group or how to participate in the event - please send me an email anytime: erinktrier@gmail.com

And be sure to hop into our private Facebook group for more info on recipe ideas, meal plans, how to fuel your body well and daily motivation/encouragement as we get ready - together. Information on how to join the FB group will be emailed to all registrants.

Let’s DO this, Mamas!
