Here's to HEALTH in 2021!
I hope you had an absolutely wonderful holiday season with the special people in your life. Every year, it seems to go faster than ever while simultaneously feeling more magical than ever.
Personally - I enjoyed every ounce of the holiday season. I unplugged completely from social - which was glorious. I wore sweats and watched movies all day. Dove into lots of indulgences. Had many late nights, sleep-in mornings, cookies, wine and more!
YAHOO!! I regret nothing.
But I will say - I'm feeling the pull to get back into better routines and boundaries. Mostly because I know how better habits and healthy choices help me feel my best from the inside out.

“Instead of trying to get back into a workout routine, change your diet completely, start meditating, and get better rest all overnight - choose one small goal — like going on a 15-minute walk each evening, adding a vegetable at breakfast or swapping your evening wine for an herbal tea,” she suggests.
Let's not forget - even beyond the holiday season - we've been living in a pandemic. Out of routines, lots of cancelled events and no meet-up opportunities. Living “out of our norm” has undoubtedly resulted in some bad habits. Habits that have creeped in over time! Therefore, it's imperative to give ourselves grace as we work to undo them and build new, healthy habits in their place.
