I’ve been digging into root cause for over a year now. After cutting back on inflammatory foods and making lifestyle adjustments with absolutely NO changes in my digestion, gut issues, sleep issues, mental health issues and more - I knew it was time to go much deeper. ⬇️

But above all - a willingness to get really uncomfortable with diving into root cause.

I feel better. And I’m on the right path.
But I have A LOT more to do with digging in further, retraining my brain and all kinds of fascinating things that can help us feel 💯 as we grow older and our health evolves.
