The Fourth Trimester
Isolation and the fourth trimester. Read on if you’re up for the raw and real. ⤵️

This is me - on our first day home from the hospital. Post baby 4...zero glamour here.
—
You could say I’m somewhat used to this image by now...but after Baby 1 - I didn’t even recognize myself when I arrived home and looked in the mirror.
—
Maybe you can relate to that. Looking at your reflection and thinking - “WHO is that? What happened?”
—
I was on the fence sharing this. To be honest, this is about as vulnerable as it gets.
—
But I’ve come far enough to know that through the discomfort comes breakthrough. And that’s what I want for you!
—
I’ve shared some happy, perfect, joyful, crisp pictures as of late. Time to get out of the highlight reel. Because only showing one side to the journey would be doing you (and myself) a MASSIVE disservice.
—
If you’re someone looking for help. Looking for support. Looking for community or someone who just GETS it - then I need to do my part to show the real deal. ALWAYS.
—
Here we are...
—
Tired eyes.
Cellulite.
Squishy.
Engorged.
Emotions FLYING high (and very LOW).
Diapered up.
With pads the size of Montana.
And an undercarriage that’s frickin’ SOREEEEEE and all out of sorts.
—
I’m feeling the full effects from having a baby. And I know there’s much more to come…
—
I vulnerably share here because I want you to have something to relate to. I want you to know that it’s OK to feel totally unglued post baby. And I want you to know that each and every one of us is trying to make sense of our new normal.
—
That isn’t easy, dear friend.
It’s definitely not perfect...
And it can feel super lonely and isolating.
—
I’m here to tell you - you’re not alone. You’re not the only one. And even though you feel totally unlike you - the beautiful soul that you are is still there! Just give yourself grace and time to evolve.

My deep DEEP passion is to help moms learn HOW to grow into accepting the imperfection of motherhood.
—
I want to teach you how to own it.
And love every inch of it.
Starting with YOU and your own self-care.
—
This whole “thing” is about growing into the new you - NOT working to get the old back. Let this be your sign that it’s okay to be BRAVE. It’s okay to reach out and get the support you may not even know you need.
—
I stepped into the online wellness space on my own journey because I didn’t want to feel the weight of isolation anymore. As a stay at home mom, I needed more of a community. Not just in my every day life and not just during the beginning stages of motherhood. I needed a community that I could invite into every aspect of my day to day - even within the four walls of our house.
—
Maybe you need that too.
—
Now, as a wellness coach - I run a monthly community of support that allows women to come together and learn to LOVE the imperfection. We are vulnerable together. We are bold together. We are brave.
—
In my groups - we work together to nurture every aspect of wellness. Starting with mindset, infusing faith, fueling our bodies well, moving daily and empowering each other to speak up about our own needs amongst all the other demands. My goal is to help women focus most on SIMPLIFYING the process of self-care. We do so by working together on GRACE for the process, taking the time we deserve to learn what we really need and shifting into the mindset that serves us most: embracing the imperfection.
—
It would be an absolute joy to connect further and hear your story. To learn more about how to join me, complete this form. Mama - please don’t sit in isolation. There is an incredible community of women - here to support you - every step of the way. I know taking action towards working on our own needs can feel heavy and hard. But I want you to remember - you deserve to treat yourself with the same kindness, love and attention that you so freely give to others.
